I love how you have "the energy rays" going from your hands to your head. The pulsing rainbow is a neat, excellent idea in my opinion. I find your chosen elements to be very cohesive, very consistent with the writing on the hat, "Radiate positivity".
You DO seem to radiate positivity! This is a great experiment in animation, as you've been careful to register the placement of the white lines from frame to frame. While it looks simple enough, animation is tedious work. My only recommendation would be to engage the original image a bit more, whether by adjusting color, placement, or background. That said, we'll be getting a little deeper into these tools with Exercise 2.
